School, homework, sports, and hanging out leave little time for healthy eating for your teen. With a little planning it is possible to have a healthy snack for them to enjoy now and avoid the guilt later. Create easy recipes and sample foods that support health and taste good too. For parents and their teens.

Beginning October 2011, Charlene teaches Mixed Level Yoga Classes At The Still Point Yoga Studio.
