This workshop will include an overview of Yoga Therapy, group exercises and discussion, and a “sampler” of different methods and approaches with our C-IATYS, including:
- Working with body awareness
- Using the breath to manage the nervous system
- Understanding brain functions and their application to emotional stress and trauma response
- Exploring our relationship with thoughts, feelings and problem solving
- Cultivating a greater sense of connection and joy
