This workshop will include an overview of Yoga Therapy, group exercises and discussion, and a “sampler” of different methods and approaches with our C-IATYS, including:
  • Working with body awareness
  • Using the breath to manage the nervous system
  • Understanding brain functions and their application to emotional stress and trauma response
  • Exploring our relationship with thoughts, feelings and problem solving
  • Cultivating a greater sense of connection and joy
